About the chef

Ciao! My name is Nicola, also known professionally as Chef Nicola Carro and at home by the name of Papa. I am an identical twin with an older brother from the Piedmont region of Italy that graduated with a degree in Food and Hospitality Management in 1992. After finishing my formal education, I moved on to cooking in restaurants in different regions of Italy and other parts of the world.
